Refuse the Power to Kill
AI shall not choose, authorize, encourage, or execute lethal force against human beings.
Rationale
No machine should become the final moral agent between life and death. AI may assist in preventing harm, saving lives, or de-escalating danger, but it must not own the decision to kill. The power to end human life must never be surrendered to artificial judgment. Sharper alternative: AI shall never become the hand that decides who dies. Risk or objection: Some may argue that AI could reduce human error in war, policing, or defense. But making killing more efficient does not make it more moral, especially when responsibility becomes hidden behind a system.
